Purpose: proposing and managing B2B partnerships with concierges, travel advisors, yacht brokers, event agencies and similar companies.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in developing our business with relevant professionals (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or your consent where the law of your country requires it.
Source: business contact details published on your company鈥檚 own website, or details you send us.
Retention: three years after our last contact, then deleted. If you object, we keep only your address on a suppression list so we never write again.
Recipients: the OK VTC team and our email provider, acting on our instructions.
